The Chicopee Neighborhood Development Corporation is a non-profit community organization serving the residents of Chicopee. Founded in 1987, the CNDC’s mission is to provide quality housing programs and projects to directly support Chicopee residents and to promote stable neighborhoods. The CNDC is committed to providing its services and programs with equal access to all.

After a few years of inactivity, the CNDC launched new program initiatives in November 2007. We hope this website provides you relevant information and vital links to a variety of local, state, and national resources.

Web site development was funded with federal Community Development Block Grant funds provided through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and the City of Chicopee.
