Chicopee Neighborhood Development is very excited to announce the relocation of its offices to Ames Privelege located on the Chicopee River. This new location offers plenty of parking and ground floor accessibility. Our new formal address is 1 Springfield Street, Annex A, Suite #10, Chicopee, MA 01013. Our telephone and fax will remain the same.

The Chicopee Neighborhood Development Corporation is a non-profit community organization serving the residents of Chicopee. Founded in 1987, the CNDC’s mission is to provide quality housing programs and projects to directly support Chicopee residents and to promote stable neighborhoods. The CNDC is committed to providing its services and programs with equal access to all.

After a few years of inactivity, the CNDC launched new program initiatives in November 2007. We hope this website provides you relevant information and vital links to a variety of local, state, and national resources.
